Return Policy

• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Returns are processed within approximately 2 weeks from the date we receive your mailed return. You will be notified by email once your return has been completed.

• Items must be returned within 30 calendar days of receipt.

• Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.

• Shipping fees, duties, taxes, and customs charges are non-refundable.

• If your order included a promotion (e.g. free shipping), the value of the promotion will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds and Processing

• *Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
  To provide the best customer service, any concerns regarding orders must be received in writing within 7 days of delivery.
